  23.     This is not brain dead censorship.  There are *many* sites out there 
  24. who cannot support binaries.  Disk space, bandwidth, a variety of reasons.  
  25. When a binary is posted outside of those, it not only hurts those sites, it 
  26. hurts the propagation of that group, because admins will just drop the group.

  28.     And setting up a bot duel is a really bad idea.  *Really* bad.  This 
  29. is not arbitrary, it is simply not subject to interpretation by a human.  This 
  30. is the way it should be.

  38. be posted outside of the *.binaries.* heirarchies.  The fact that some people 
  39. have chosen to codify violation of that into charters is irrelevant.

  42. this.  Would that be preferrable?
